Student Engagement & Attendance Advisor

Leeds City College is looking for an Attendance and Engagement Officer for their Future Pathways team to monitor and improve attendance for young people with high-needs. This role involves building relationships with students and providing support in overcoming barriers to education.

Ideal candidates should possess English and Maths at Level 2 and experience with disengaged learners. The position offers a salary of £24,515–£25,133 for 37 hours a week over 40 weeks.
