We're Hiring: Student Counsellor

AlphaArc Educational Consultancy is looking for a Student Counsellor to join our team and support our Germany education and visa services.

Responsibilities include:

Following up digital marketing leads.

Counselling students for higher studies and career pathways in Germany.

Guiding applicants for Master's, Bachelor's, Opportunity Card, language programs, medical German, Ausbildung, FSJ, language visa, and Au pair programs.

Handling public and private university options.

Maintaining enquiry records and follow-up updates in Google Sheets and Excel.

Tracking lead quality and coordinating with the admissions team.

Requirements:

Strong communication and convincing skills.

Good knowledge of Google Sheets and Excel.
