• 8.30am to 6.00pm
• 10.00am to 7.30pm

• Assist students with general inquiries at the Student Services Hive Counter (scheduled roster).
• Manage course-related email and phone inquiries based on assigned course portfolio.
• Provide coverage for the Student Services Concierge Counter during exigencies.

• Establish multi communication channels and maintain strong relationships with student cohorts. Disseminate information to students via established multi communications channels.
• Disseminate essential course information, including start dates, exams, and assessments.
• Provide course counselling to students transferring to new programs.
