Structuring and Financing Specialist

We are looking for a professional with the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration.
• Desirable additional training in financial structuring, investment banking, or project analysis.
• Minimum five years of experience in financial structuring and analysis, preferably in energy, infrastructure, banking, or investment sectors.
• Preferred experience in M&A processes, Project Finance, or structured financing.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling using Excel; knowledge of Bloomberg, MATLAB, Power BI or similar.
• Basic understanding of tax and legal frameworks applicable to energy projects.
• Upper-intermediate English (B2), capable of participating in negotiations and technical presentations.
