**Job Title: Structural Mechanic II**
The Structural Mechanic II works in a team-oriented environment with minimal supervision to perform a wide range of structural assembly, sheet metal fabrication, and installation tasks on aircraft. Using engineering prints, specifications, and operational requirements, this role ensures all assemblies conform to design and quality standards and meet customer expectations. The Structural Mechanic II may assist and instruct other team members, support continuous improvement initiatives, and contribute to process enhancements that improve safety, quality, and efficiency.
