Overview
We are seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to lead the analysis and design of concrete and steel structures for hydroelectric, water resource, and environmental projects. This role will serve as a Project Manager and/or Technical Lead, overseeing multidisciplinary teams, managing client relationships, and supporting projects from design through construction.
Responsibilities
- Lead structural analysis and design of concrete and steel structures.
- Manage project scope, schedules, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor junior staff.
- Interface with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Support projects through planning, design, permitting, and construction phases.
