Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate structural works with architectural & MEP disciplines
- Review IFC drawings for constructability and site implementation
- Compare tender vs IFC documents and flag major changes with cost impact
- Raise RFIs and technical clarifications to consultant
- Review and manage rebar / steel shop drawings
- Create and track structural material submittal & shop drawing logs
- Monitor approvals, revisions, and close‑out status
- Support site team with structural solutions and sequencing
- Resolve on‑site structural issues and NCRs
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and Abu Dhabi authority requirements
- Attend coordination, technical, and progress meetings
- Act as technical interface between site, consultant, and subcontractors
- BIM experience is preferred
