Strength & Conditioning Coach

Resolution Think is searching for a Strength & Conditioning Specialist to support the Air National Guards Human Performance Optimization Program. This is an embedded human performance role supporting the Air National Guard (ANG) Tactical Air Control Party (TACP) and Air Force Special Warfare (AFSPECWAR) community.

You will work side-by-side with elite tactical athletes — TACP Officers (19Z) and TACP Specialists (1Z3) — whose operational readiness depends on staying durable, recovering quickly, and performing at the highest level.

The Human Performance Optimization (HPO) program treats the operator as a human weapon system, integrating physical therapy and strength and conditioning to reduce injury risk, accelerate recovery, and extend career longevity.
