Job Description
- Undertake offshore steel structure fabrication design & production detailing for topside modules, platform decks, bulkheads, support structures, steel ladders, handrails and outfitting steel structures.
- Convert detailed design drawings into yard-friendly fabrication drawings, including unfolding drawing, cutting drawing, nesting layout, assembly drawing, welding procedure layout and installation marking drawing.
- Responsible for steel structure plate unfolding, profile splitting, material splitting and optimized nesting, control steel consumption and reduce fabrication waste.
- Design temporary supports, temporary reinforcement, lifting lugs, sea-fastening and transportation fixing structures for module fabrication, lifting and shipment.
