The Strategy & Planning SME provides specialist expertise in the strategic planning and master programming of data centre projects across Syria, the role is responsible for translating project objectives into actionable delivery strategies, integrated programme plans, and resource frameworks that guide the project from inception through to completion. The position works closely with functional leads, design teams, and the Project Manager to ensure that planning decisions are grounded in realistic assumptions, aligned with business priorities, and supported by structured analytical outputs that enable informed decision‑making at all levels of the project.
