Strategy & Planning Analyst Sr

**Role Overview**

The Senior Strategy and Planning Analyst is responsible for supporting and independently driving several key functions of the department: (1) Board of Directors and Committee Engagements, (2) Corporate and Growth Strategy, (3) Enterprise Business Plan, and (4) Office of the CEO/President Support. The Senior Analyst will build and apply expertise in strategic planning, business planning, analytics, competitive analysis, market research, growth opportunity assessment, and M&A evaluation.

This role will have a large focus on growth strategy and growth opportunity support, including multiyear growth planning and the development of business cases and financial projections to inform strategic decision-making. The individual will also play a key role in development and consolidation of the Enterprise Business Plan and related market/functional plans, and translate complex inputs into clear, executive-ready narratives.
