We're hiring a Strategy & Management Consultant to lead ERP-driven business transformation initiatives. This role partners with executive stakeholders to modernize operating models, optimize processes, and deliver enterprise-wide change through ERP platforms.
What You'll Do:- Lead ERP strategy, readiness assessments, and implementation roadmaps
- Align ERP solutions with finance, supply chain, and operational goals
- Drive business transformation across people, process, and technology
- Conduct current-state assessments and define future-state operating models
- Support M&A integrations and transformation initiatives
- Establish KPIs, governance, and performance frameworks
