Strategy Director

What You'll Do

• Recognize and frame strategic opportunities for Expedia B2B with a focus on external, in a structured, analytical way to clearly communicate options, risks, and trade‑offs.
• Collaborate with key functional leaders, corporate, HR and finance, and lead business, product and tech, strategy and commercial integration of companies for Expedia Group.
• Work with third‑party suppliers to execute integration activities.
• Drive decision‑making and alignment by working across E4B and Expedia Group.
• Lead strategic projects and investigations to drive the business forward.
• Travel required, in Amsterdam in year1.

You Are

• Solid track record of post‑merger integration and M&A.
• Excellent quantitative, analytical and critical‑thinking skills, with the ability to translate metrics, research and trends into viable strategies.
