Strategy Consultant

Duration: 3-month initial contract - with extensions

You’ll join a government strategy programme. The project will involve assessing existing free zones and industry ecosystems, defining priority growth sectors, and developing strategic recommendations to strengthen Dubai's long-term economic competitiveness.

The consultant will work with senior government stakeholders to shape sector strategies across industries such as Digital, AI, Advanced Technology, and other high-growth sectors.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of Dubai's future economic cluster strategy.
• Assess existing free zones and evaluate their alignment with targeted economic clusters.
• Conduct market, sector, and economic research.
• Develop growth strategies for priority sectors (e.g. AI, Digital Economy, Advanced Industries).
