Job Description
- Plan and conduct strategic environmental analysis and define strategic priorities in coordination with the relevant organizational units across the Library.
- Develop and update the Library’s strategic plan, including its objectives and initiatives, and link them to key performance indicators in coordination with the concerned organizational units.
- Monitor the implementation of plans, programs, and projects of organizational units, ensure compliance with approved plans, and submit periodic reports to the direct supervisor.
- Audit statistical data and periodic reports related to operational plans, review supporting evidence and documentation, and verify their accuracy.
