Plan and conduct strategic environmental analysis and define strategic priorities in coordination with the relevant organizational units across the Library.

Develop and update the Library’s strategic plan, including its objectives and initiatives, and link them to key performance indicators in coordination with the concerned organizational units.

Monitor the implementation of plans, programs, and projects of organizational units, ensure compliance with approved plans, and submit periodic reports to the direct supervisor.

Audit statistical data and periodic reports related to operational plans, review supporting evidence and documentation, and verify their accuracy.
