AHS is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to offer management and onboarding. The role is crucial in attracting high-quality talent aligned with organizational objectives while ensuring compliance with UAE labor regulations. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree, 2-5 years of recruitment experience (preferably in UAE), and strong communication skills. Experience with high-volume recruitment and familiarity with UAE labor laws is preferred.
