UCSI Schools Group is seeking a strategic HR leader to align workforce planning with long-term business objectives. The role oversees talent acquisition, onboarding, compliance, and learning and development to enhance operational efficiency across campuses in Malaysia.

The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end recruitment, manage MOE/teaching permits, develop HR policies, and implement trainee programmes to foster growth and retention within a dynamic educational group.
