Strategic STR Finance Controller — Lead & Scale

Howard Financial is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead a fast-growing Short Term Rental vertical. You will own end-to-end financial reporting for a portfolio of sophisticated clients, ensuring balance sheets are bulletproof and reports are investor-ready.

You will manage a remote team of Senior Accountants and Bookkeepers, drive month-end close, coordinate audits, and implement internal controls as the vertical scales from 100 to 1,000+ properties.
