Strategic Sales Leader — Hygiene & Pest Solutions

Rentokil Initial NZ is seeking a High-Performance Sales Manager for the Auckland UNI portfolio. You will lead and coach a sales team, drive hygiene, pest control, and indoor plant services sales, and own the regional growth plan with autonomy.

Reporting to the Upper North Island Regional Manager, you will analyse market trends, set ambitious targets, collaborate with regional leadership, and ensure exceptional client service while scaling profitability.
