Strategic Risk & Controls Manager

Responsibilities Handle a unit-wise risk register to deliver reflectiveness and accountability on major risks. Monitor growth on risk mitigation tactics and report to upper management as well as Board of Directors on major control and risk concerns. Create and keeping risk management rules and guidelines that organize with the business tactics and aims of Engro Fertilizers. Recommend to upper management as well as business heads on addressing the internal audit explanations and plan and execution of controls.
