Strategic Regional HR Operations Partner & HRBP

Midea is seeking a Regional HR Specialist to support regional HR operations and serve as HRBP for the Regional Headquarters. You will work closely with the Regional HRBP, Regional Head of HR, and country HR teams to ensure effective execution of HR processes across the region.

The ideal candidate has solid HR operational experience, can work independently, and coordinate with country HR teams on key HR processes.
