The Carrier Services Strategic Programs team is seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Program & Operational Excellence Specialist to serve as the operational backbone of the team. This individual will own the team's governance cadence, initiative tracking, and continuous improvement engine — ensuring the team's operational guidance technology and process improvement initiatives move from ideation through delivery with rigor, visibility, and cross-functional alignment.

This role is the connective tissue between strategic planning and tactical execution. The specialist will facilitate daily stand ups and monthly consolidation sessions, maintain initiative health dashboards, coordinate shared AI/ML infrastructure requirements across multiple tech builds, and drive process standardization that enables the team to scale without adding complexity.
