Strategic Program Director for Complex Transformations

Wipro Limited in Manila seeks a Program Director L1 to oversee planning, execution and delivery of integrated workstreams for a large-scale client program, from deal closure to steady-state.

You will lead multi-geo programs with cross-functional teams, manage budgets and risks, and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget. Expertise in Waterfall and Agile practices is essential, with PMI or Agile certification and experience handling FPP, FCP, T&M or Staff Augmentation models.
