Strategic Process Design Leader

PHARMAC is seeking a Principal Advisor to lead design of fit-for-purpose business processes and continuous improvement across the organisation. You will work with our Strategic Planning and Performance team to ensure end-to-end flow and enterprise coherence while engaging with patients, consumers and stakeholders.

You will act as an internal consultant, shaping how work moves from start to finish and aligning initiatives with our new vision and strategy.
