Planning Engineer
- Responsible for preparing PM schedules through HxGN EAM (formerly Infor EAM)
- Planning and scheduling all PM and BM jobs using HxGN EAM planning software, based on priority
- Preparation of weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual look‑ahead schedule
- Coordinating the reporting of key performance indicators: preparing, following up, and achieving them
- Support the improvement of the maintenance process related to PM, BM jobs and employee resources
- Resource estimation and planning with supervisors and manager
- Auditing terminals for all asset‑integrity related areas; assuring compliance of integrity management processes and procedures with the company’s systems and safety standards
- Updating actual progress and all related information & comparison analysis
- Failure mode effective analysis on all continuous failing assets and providing better solution
