Strategic People Partner, Operations & Compliance (SEA)

ByteDance is seeking a People Operations professional to own day-to-day HR operations in Singapore, including onboarding, probation management, transfers, mobility processes, and lifecycle management for designated groups.

You will work closely with HRBPs and cross-functional teams to ensure compliant practices, optimize workflows, and deliver an excellent employee experience across Southeast Asia.
