Your mission

The Strategic Partnerships Manager is responsible for driving business growth by identifying, developing and securing new project opportunities within the Event Production business unit. The role focuses on building long‑term client relationships, understanding market opportunities, and successfully pursuing turnkey projects across live events, experiential installations, exhibitions, immersive experiences and brand activations.

Business Development & Sales

• Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities across the UAE, KSA and wider Middle East.
• Build and execute strategic account plans aligned with Event Production business objectives.
• Generate leads through networking, industry events, referrals and market research.
• Manage the complete sales lifecycle from initial approach through proposal, negotiation and contract award.
