Tier-1 custodians, regulated exchanges, prime brokers, and institutional technology providers as partners signal to every investor and allocator that this is a serious protocol. The Strategic Partnerships Director builds those relationships.

What You Will Own

• Identify and prioritize Mintlayer's highest-value strategic partnership opportunities: custodians, regulated exchanges, prime brokers, and institutional technology providers
• Own complex multi‑party negotiations for strategic agreements
• Build and maintain relationships with institutional infrastructure counterparties at senior and C‑level
• Develop co‑investment partnership structures for Interest.One with the Head of Capital Strategy
• Coordinate with the Head of Legal on agreement structures for all strategic partnerships
