Strategic Operational Risk Advisor - Digital Banking

GXBank, Malaysia's first digital bank backed by Grab, seeks an experienced Senior Operational Risk Manager to strengthen the risk framework in Selangor. You will partner with business units to identify, monitor, and mitigate operational risks in line with BNM guidelines.

You will lead RCSA, KRI, CET and Incident Management, design risk dashboards, and foster a proactive risk culture across the bank. Strong regulatory knowledge and communication skills are essential.
