Strategic Legal Director, Digital Assets & Stablecoins

Tandemsearch is seeking a Legal Director – Digital Assets & Stablecoin Ecosystem to lead legal strategy for a regulated stablecoin platform in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role involves providing legal governance across multiple SPVs and collaborating with executive leadership, regulators, and financial institutions to create a robust legal framework.

Ideal candidates will have 10-12 years PQE, experience in fintech, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to advise on regulatory frameworks and commercial contracts.
