Strategic Legal Counsel: EV, Energy & PPPs

ACMobility is seeking a strategic Legal Counsel to advise on corporate, commercial, regulatory, and operational matters in the Philippines. You will interpret laws related to electric vehicles, charging infrastructure, energy, and PPPs to support business growth.

The role covers contract drafting, negotiation, and management, as well as governance, risk assessment, and external counsel coordination. A strong regulatory background and government engagement experience are highly valued.
