You will be responsible for curating a high-performing mix of occupants, developing growth strategies, and ensuring the long-term commercial success of the property.

• Strategy & Occupancy: Create and implement policies and projects to maximize occupancy and rental income.
• Portfolio Curation: Analyze and propose the best mix of services and occupants to ensure the project remains a top destination in the area.
