Strategic Lead, Forecasting and Metrics Analytics

Analyzes data, assesses trends and develops actionable insights and recommendations in support of enterprise-wide strategic business initiatives. Develops the analytics community at Vanguard by coaching others internally and participating in external events.

We are seeking a Strategic Lead, Forecasting and Metrics Analytics to drive enterprise-level forecasting, performance measurement, and strategic insight generation to support our Financial Advisor Services (FAS) business. This role partners closely with senior leaders to translate complex financial and digital data into forward-looking intelligence that informs business strategy, goal setting, and execution.

The successful candidate will apply advanced analytical and scientific techniques to anticipate trends, identify key performance drivers, and deliver clear, decision-ready recommendations.
