Responsibilities
- Manage and enhance relationship with end users on assigned territory
- Identify, breakthrough, and maintain key customers in the Territory
- Meet with senior management/decision makers of customers to form demand and pass projects to distributors
- Support key projects/tenders in hand with the Mindray team and distributors
- Maintain and enhance the quality and profitability of the sales plan through development of operationally feasible and cost-effective programs
- Collect and analyze information of the market, e.g. competitors' activities and customers’ requirements, to maximize business opportunities
- Organize and participate in exhibitions, seminars, and other promotion activities
- Work closely with key clients, decision makers, and hospitals in the region
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above, major in medical related disciplines is preferred
