Strategic IT Service Delivery & Vendor Governance Lead

Hbk is seeking a Senior IT Service Manager to ensure effective delivery and governance of IT services provided by external partners. The role interfaces with business, internal IT, and providers to meet SLAs, contracts, and standards.

The position owns and improves core ITSM processes, driving service performance in a multi-provider environment, with emphasis on incident/change management and service governance.
