Strategic HR Partner: Talent, Change & Compliance

Siemens Energy in Querétaro, Mexico is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to be the first point of contact for new employees and hiring managers from offer acceptance through onboarding.

You will deliver strategic HR guidance across talent acquisition, compensation, employee relations, and workforce planning, while leading organizational change and ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
