Strategic HR Partner – Swiss HQ Teams

Médecins Sans Frontières in Geneva is looking for a Human Resources Partner to shape and improve HR practices for headquarters teams. You will manage various HR functions, helping to enhance the employee experience across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a tertiary degree in Human Resources and experience in HR Business Partnering. Strong fluency in English and French is essential for this role, and a commitment to MSF values is required.
