Strategic HR Partner – Global Tech & Talent Growth

Our client in Singapore is expanding its HR team and seeks an HR Business Partner to align people strategies with business goals.

Responsibilities include manpower planning, onboarding, performance reviews, promotions, and off‑boarding, plus coordinating recruitment and campus hiring initiatives.

The role requires 3+ years in HRBP/HR Generalist functions, knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations, and HRIS experience (Workday/SAP SuccessFactors).
