Responsibilities include manpower planning, onboarding, performance reviews, promotions, and off‑boarding, plus coordinating recruitment and campus hiring initiatives.
The role requires 3+ years in HRBP/HR Generalist functions, knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations, and HRIS experience (Workday/SAP SuccessFactors).
