Strategic HR Leader — Mexico City (BPO)

RUI in Mexico City seeks an experienced HR Manager to serve as the strategic people partner for our site operations. The role drives talent initiatives and ensures sound day-to-day HR execution across the site.

The position leads strategy, recruitment, payroll compliance, employee relations, and engagement to strengthen our local culture and ensure regulatory compliance. Bilingual English/Spanish required, with 5+ years in HR, including BPO/call center experience.
