Strategic HR Business Partner - Manufacturing

Our Clients is seeking an HR Manager (Business Partner) in Danao, Cebu to provide comprehensive HR support to commissary operations. The successful candidate will focus on aligning people strategies with business goals while managing key functions including recruitment, talent management, employee relations, and training implementation.

A Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and 4-5 years of relevant experience are required. Residing in or near Danao City is preferred.
