Strategic HR Business Partner - Global People & Compliance

Masimo Medical Technologies (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an HR Generalist to provide comprehensive HR support for the assigned territory. The role reports to the HR Director and interacts with staff at all levels to carry out duties and assignments.

Responsibilities include acting as HR point of contact, handling onboarding and administrative life cycle, coordinating with Payroll and IT on new hires, social insurances, addendums, references, terminations, and employee relations.
