Strategic HR Business Partner – Europe

Embla Medical seeks an experienced HR Business Partner (w/m/d) to shape our workplace culture and partner with leadership across the DACH region. You will work with the People team from Luneburg or Emmering, reporting to the People Director Europe in the Netherlands, and collaborate with leaders and HR specialists to drive strategic HR initiatives.

You will bring a degree in HR or related field, 7+ years of HRBP experience in international settings, and fluency in German and English.
