Strategic Global Total Rewards Director

QIMA is seeking a senior Total Rewards leader to drive innovative compensation and benefits strategies across our international operations. The role partners with IT to own the HRIS from a stakeholder perspective, ensuring alignment with business goals and accurate HR data.

You will lead performance management programs, analyze market trends, manage budgets, and guide HR teams through complex global programs while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. Travel internationally as required.
