Strategic Financial Controller — Treasury, Reporting & Growth

Inspire Selection is looking for an experienced Financial Controller to join a thriving local business in Dubai. The successful candidate will oversee Treasury and Working Capital Management, ensuring compliance and efficiency within the company's financial operations.

Key responsibilities include leading monthly reviews with Directors and managing timely financial reports. Candidates should have a strong background in finance, with at least 15 years of post-qualification experience and 5 years as a Financial Controller in a large MNC.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputable university is required, along with fluency in English and strong team leadership skills.
