Strategic CSM, Portugal - Digital Twin Utilities

Neara Group in Portugal is seeking a Customer Success Manager to bridge our cutting-edge AI-driven digital twin platform with the operations of Portuguese utilities. You will lead post-sale onboarding, drive value realization, and expand enterprise partnerships.

You’ll collaborate with Sales, Deployment and Product teams, manage executive relationships, monitor health metrics, and identify upsell opportunities while traveling 20-40% to client sites. Fluent English and Portuguese required.
