Strategic Corporate Finance Leader: Reporting & M&A

SAM Engineering & Equipment (M) Bhd is seeking a Senior Finance Manager in Corporate Finance to lead the group’s financial reporting, consolidation and Bursa Malaysia obligations. The role partners with the CFO to drive financial integrity and strategic initiatives in a listed environment.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years in Group Finance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, strong MFRS/IFRS knowledge, and experience in tax and treasury management.
