Commercial Delivery Manager

Take ownership of commercial performance, operational improvement and strategic delivery across a designated department within our Business Services Group.

Working closely with Partners, Department Heads, and the Head of Business Performance, you will identify under‑performance, understand root causes, and drive improvement roadmaps. This role is about spotting opportunities, influencing stakeholders and shaping the future direction of the business.

Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse departmental performance, identifying trends, risks and opportunities across financial, operational and resource metrics.
• Deep dive into commercial challenges – for example, low margins – to understand root causes and recommend remedies.
