CACI is seeking a Strategic Capture Director to join its Strategic Capture team as a senior leader responsible for driving enterprise growth in support of our federal customers’ missions. This position leads cross-functional teams throughout the full capture lifecycle, from opportunity identification and qualification through proposal submission and contract award. The successful candidate will possess strong customer engagement skills, strategic thinking, and a proven track record of winning competitive federal procurements.
