Strategic Capacity Planner | OEE & Analytics (On-site)

KEMET de México, part of the YAGEO Group, is seeking a Capacity Engineer to optimize resource utilization across its operations. This full-time, on-site role will alternate between San Nicolás de los Garza and Guadalupe, NL.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 3 years of manufacturing experience in capacity or planning areas. Responsibilities include identifying potential bottlenecks, aligning with various departments, and creating capacity models to support production.
